I know I said I was trying to resist lists of wants and must-haves leading up to my birthday and Christmas, and I am, mostly, but La Garconne's 'Guiding Light' shoot, touted as 'A Gentlewoman's Holiday Possessions', is worth studying.
Though I'm totally out of synch with winter clothes, and all those heavy fabrics and sombre hues seem all kinds of wrong right now, it's still a delight to turn the virtual pages and have a little dream.
Top of my dream list - the silver-trimmed 3.1 Phillip Lim shirt, the Alexander Wang colourblock knit, the brown-egg PS1, the red Comme pouch and those Margiela glitter Oxfords. Oh my.
